You’ve heard the phrase “they don’t build them like they used to.”? Well, when this home was built in 1952 it was far, far superior to anything that was being built even then! The powder room across the hall has the original fixtures…with updated wallpaper. Beautifully done. At one time there was nothing here but a large closet, access to the upper deck and floored storage. However… all has been changed… Family room: 19 x 25. Hardwood flooring, beamed ceiling, dormer windows, built-in big screen TV. Upstairs kitchen: 11 x 8.5. Small refrigerator, microwave oven and a sink. Access to the floored attic (36 x 36) is through this room. Powder room. Computer area: 15 x 12.4 with built-in book shelves and a dormer window with a window seat. Bedroom (4): 19 x 20. There is also a full bath and access to more storage (42 x 40). The mechanical room is also on this level. There is a heated 3 car garage ( 38 x 24.7) with an apartment above.
