Bedroom (1): 14.5 x 13. Hardwood floors, ceiling fan and two double windows...one on the north side and one on the east.
Bedroom (2): 15 x 13. The windows in this room face north and west...... plenty of light in both. They also share a hall bath, but of course, it’s not an ordinary bath... it’s really beautiful and functional.
Utility Room: 8 x 7.5. What a fun room! The small black and white ceramic tile on the floor, folding space counter top with a utility sink, window that allows a view of the back yard, white stack washer/dryer (they remain with the house), and a drying area complete with a drain. Even the door to this room is neat. Reed glass. It lets the light into the hallway, but does not allow a view of the room... go ahead, be messy
Downstairs:
Family Room: 23 x 20.5. This room features soft berber carpet, a wood burning fireplace (gas starter) with a brick surround. Again, even more built-in book shelves... this house has an incredible amount of storage!

Master Suite: The bedroom measures 22 x 21.5. There is an enormous “walk through” closet with shelves, plus the hallway to the bath has a wall of drawers for even more clothing. A covered balcony is also a nice feature... high above the back yard, it’s a lovely place to watch the Koi in the pond below. Or, dream about the next project.... there is a coffee bar and an under counter refrigerator in the bath, so you can dream with coffee or a cold drink. Or, you may even be able to sleep a little later... there is an automated room darkening shade. Your choice. Continuing down the hall to the bath, there is an area dedicated for a second washer/dryer. Master bath: 17.5 x 16.7. Cream colored polished marble flooring above the heating element... with a thermostat. Warm floors in the winter. Separate vanities, a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub tucked into it’s own bay window.
The back yard is heaven...(and it is fenced) with a Koi pond at the base of a small stream, a bridge, the swing, a potting shed tucked into the landscape and a tool shed on farther down. Several patios make it an even better place to entertain... and in the front, there is a “keyhole” drive for off street parking. This is a wondrous place, located in the center of town... so convenient to almost everything....
