Remarkable. That’s the only word I can think when I tour through this home. Almost completely redone with refinished hardwood floors, electrical wiring, painting, new roof and most impressive, the landscaping and koi pond. The quality of the materials used to build this home or business is superior. Granite window sills, quartz siding, and even steel beams. The whole house has the attention to details that was the mainstay when it was built. Crown molding throughout, marble surround on the wood burning fireplace, and spacious, spacious rooms. My favorite room is what is known as the Veranda.

I can also visualize this as a restaurant. What a relaxing atmosphere in which to dine. On those sunny days you can wander out to the sunroom which is off the dining room.
The Sunroom is 16.8 x 14.11 and has new vinyl windows. The floor is tiled and it has atrium doors that lead to the fenced area of the back yard.
Also off the dining room is a swinging door that takes you to the utility room/butler’s pantry and then into the kitchen. The door to the basement is also off the utility room.
The 14 x 10.4 kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, a great gas stove (all appliances will remain) and a large utility porch off the back.
Upstairs, oh the upstairs. Two screened porches, one off the 3rd 13.1 x 11.6 bedroom, and one off the 17.2 x 16.3 master bedroom and 14.8 x 9.1 master bath. There is also a bath in the upstairs hallway.
The 17.2 x 17 2nd bedroom is currently being used as a study. It is in the front of the house and with the plaster walls there is little if any sound from the street.
Outside you have the flower shop, which was converted from the garage. It has a powder room and a refrigerator room and best of all next to it is the 14 x 10 Koi pond. Very relaxing.
This property can be used in a variety of ways. It is zoned commercial and could be used for offices, a restaurant, a home with an office, anything. It is lovely enough to enhance anyone’s dream.
