of the house. But, failing the live-in maid, perhaps a place
for a teenager, mother-in-law or guest. Two dormer windows open
to the front of the house, a large full bath and a walk –in closet.
Utility Room: 22 x 6. Opens to the back
yard.
Family Room: 23 x 18. Cherry paneling, woodburning
fireplace with stone hearth, French doors that open to the flagstone
patio. Just to the left of the fireplace is a full indoor grill,
complete with a commercial vent…..in case of inclement weather….
Master Bedroom: 17 x 20.7. Hardwood floors,
several, several floor to ceiling windows that open to the north and
east with a great view of the river. Also, there is a doorway
to the patio. Master bath………certainly,
and it has been re-done to a point……but, all the baths
in this house are so super, cool….they have the original 1950’s
tile and the little, in the wall, gas heaters…..I, too, had
one in my bathroom, and had it taken out………my
husband has never forgiven me!
