Now, about that landscaping...my most favorite topic...earth berms have been created around the perimeter of the back of the house and have been heavily planted with hollies and Leyland cypress.  Inside this berm, there is a wide strip of grass, and then another berm that is again planted with holly and cypress, with a stacked stone retaining wall that surrounds the pool (please see arial photo). Running through the second (inside) berm is wrought iron fencing.  This fencing has been “powder coated” so it is virtually maintenance free.  It’s like being in a wonderland, it’s so private.
