Pool Room:  28 x 18.  Nothing has been shorted here.  The pool cover may be raised to the ceiling with an automated pulley system.  There is an elaborate system in place to take the moisture out of the area.  And two ceiling fans keep it moving.  Three and a half atrium doors open to let fresh air in, and because they are above the ground level, wrought iron railing is on the perimeter... one door on the north side does open to ground level and a patio.  The pool is approximately 14 x 9 and is a resistance pool... you may swim forever... in one place.  Terrific exercise without hurting anything important.  And another nice thing, just off the pool area is a large full bath.
